Keeps up with what you would expect at a Starbucks. Fast and courteous service at the drive through.
I'm disappointed. We ordered 2 small coffees and a latte and all were very weak and tasted like bad hotel coffee. When we went back to replace the drinks, the server made the latte with the same weak coffee and we replaced the small coffees with dark roast. Yet still the coffee was weak. I did give an extra star because the server was nice, the service was quick, and the drinks were replaced without issue. I'm not sure if this is a mechanical or training issue, but the coffee quality was not up to Starbucks standards.

I stop at Starbucks in Effingham, IL every trip North, and on the return trip home. Very busy, but staff usually keeps everything moving pretty fast. Need more bathrooms.
This is a very well run Starbucks. I have the misfortune to spend a great deal of time driving America's interstates. As I am, I always make an effort to get a cup of coffee from Starbucks. The service was quick, the coffee was right, and the facilities were clean. All in all, a nice place to stop when traveling on a long drive in middle Illinois.
