Everything was great. Very cooperative other than I have a calick and the woman just cut that shorter than the rest so it would "look better" but I didn't want that. Other than that very good.
Went in for cut and color. As a color virgin it was painless. She cut my hair helped me with my color choice and got my hair perfect.
Go in an hour before closing for just a trim, get told to come back in 30 minutes and then 45 minutes later get told they can't help me.
