Had to have a change of address proof which I was not told I needed. Went back to car to get a registration with my correct address and she said I would need something other than that when the lady before her said I would need anything with my current address. So I pretty much wasted my time. What a crock this place is!!!!!

I needed to renew an ID. The first thing you will want to do if your renewing a drivers license or an IL. ID is take a number and wait until your number is called. However if your going to renew a sticker you will have to wait in line only a few minutes they are fast.
While I was there it was on a Saturday morning around 9 am. I have to say my visit was less than an hour long to get my ID renewed and my address updated.
Nice friendly service to I enjoyed it a lot that is why I am sharing my time and thoughts on the Drivers License Bureau
Very upset on how we were treated. If you don't like your job then find a new one. Every time we have went in we have been treated like dirt. Won't be going there again, too disrespectful.
