Waited at the counter for 20 minutes before being acknowledged for not having received my food. Not so much as an apology when they plopped my food in front of me 5 minutes later.
Food was ok. Ordered a supreme burrito and got only tomatoes and onions extra. Will not go back
Decent food for fast food, service can be rather slow for fast food
Requested food with black beans instead of beef for a vegetarian, and the receipt reflected this request, and yet there was beef on the burrito Supreme. I would have done something about it but had already hit the road. Additionally, after seeing the staff's less-than-ideal handling of other messed up orders, I cannot say I was particularly excited about calling to get it fixed when I came back into town that night.
Close lobby early, and won't allow a truck driver to order because they don't have a car to drive up to the window. Most places employee's use common sense if you are a truck driver, and don't look crazy. This place however does not.
