I was evaluating Florida for the hurricane Irma and headed to Joliet to my family and had a blow out with no spare, I called every place in the area and every one was closed except this place and Bret was the only one there. He got me 2 tires and back on the road with a spare and ready for any thing. Bret was a great help and very accommodating to me and my whole family. Wait I forgot to mention I had two car loads of people and pets 1 bird 3 dogs 5 adults and a 4 yr old and a toddler! A+ service and would recommend this place to any one in the area!! Thank you Bret for all ur help and bring a great person!!
We had bought a camper we were pulling it from Missouri to Pennsylvania. We had it checked out before our long trip and were told the tires were safe and good to travel. Only 3 hours into our trip in St. Louis our tires started to go flat. We stopped at two places to get tires, but they had no more than one tire available. Finally in Effingham IL I called this company, as we were not even that far into our journey and we couldn't risk being stuck on the side of the road. The staff was amazing from the gentleman who answered the phone to the gentleman who did the 3 remaining tires on our camper, taking one tire off at a time to do them. They were all dry rotted and we never would have made the journey home, but thanks to them we did make it home safely. We did not have to wait long, thank you so much for your caring and compassionate service. We will forever be grateful.
Just driving through on a Sunday and had a wheel bearing lock up on my trailer, it was like I was towing a campfire. A State Trooper (5 stars as well) pointed me to this place and followed me despite the smoke screen I was leaving. Great service, they got on it Monday morning and I'm ready to go Monday evening. New spindle welded on, bearing, drum and brakes for half of what I was expecting. Seriously impressed with these guys and their effort to get me on my way. Thanks a ton Steve, Paul, and the rest of the guys!
Thank you Fellas!!! Got me in to do a quick safety check of my car. My family matters to me so much, with my 2 daughters and a friend of mine in the car. Had to at least check it out when it started pulling to the right. With the weather and wind and 250 miles left to go wanted to know if were going to make it. They got us in, got us on a lift, found no real threat other then a couple lbs of missing air. Still with a full bay of vehicles, Thank Y'all I really appreciate it.
