We bought a sectional sofa a very short time ago from Broom's and are incredibly displeased with it. When trying to deal with the company to remedy our dissatisfaction, we have encountered a number of messages that never got delivered and a number of excuses from the person in charge of handling our grievance. One would think a company would be motivated to cater to a dissatisfied customer EVERY day, not just when the designee can make it back to work. It's not cheap t-shirts they're selling here, it's furniture, items you rely on to serve your home for years. Really wishing we would have shopped around.
Very helpful salesman that really tried to get me what I wanted while keeping my budget in consideration. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and recognized me every time which gave it a family feel. Delivery service was great and didn't have to lift a finger. I will recommend WS Broom to anyone wanting honest and fair furniture needs.
