Not very knowledgable, or downright liars. Asked about 19.2 volt batteries for cordless tools and they told me the lithium batteries would not work in my tools. I spent $200 for the new set of tools, got home and found out the lithium batteries will work in my old tools. I could've saved $150 just buying a battery instead of all new tools I didn't need. This is the second time they've screwed me. Do your research before you shop here, they will tell you anything to make a sale.
