The wait time is awful for my daughter it's always about a 30 minute wait and for me it's almost always an hour. I'll show up early and watch people who show up after me come and go. Very disappointed.
The staff is very attentive
Unfortunately, we have not had a very good experience here. We have to wait a minimum of an hour in the waiting room when we are early or on time for our appt. We have had to make multiple appointments for the same illness in order to get it properly taken care of (including 25.00 copay every time we must come back). I have been spoken to very rudely when calling for an appointment or asking questions by scheduling staff. Dr. Bingham is a sweet person and we trust her very much, but there are too many negatives for us to stay long term. We will be considering moving our son to a different pediatrician.
Always have time to get you in...Dr's are wonderful and listen. They also talk to you directly on the phone through the week..at least Dr. Jeffrey Brummer. Excellent place. And the nurse practitioners are great and experienced. They also get on it.
My entire family has been doctoring here for more than 11 years. We are always thankful we chose FCA and Dr. Crowell!
