Was in Effingham for work, and was extremely happy to have his box to train! Great early morning classes and AMAZING staff! I had a great time!!! Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again!! Thanks!!!!!
Went for the 5:30 intro class to try it out before I decided to join and I loved it felt welcomed by staff immediately. During the class the trainer Ben was helpful and motivating i have never been to a gym where I immediately felt comfortable I recommend this place to anyone
This box is great! Dropped in passing through town wanting to get a WOD done. Friendly people who push strangers to do things they didn't know they could do.
