Slowest delivery in town by far...I could order 10 pizzas and get them faster than a cold sub. The food is good ill give it that, but for a place that advertises how fast there delivery is, it unacceptable. 45 mins and still waiting right now. Its happens every time.
This review would have been 6 star if it wasn’t for the rude snotty attitude of the employees. My husband and I had stopped here for lunch. I ordered a #4 with cheese and my husband ordered a slim. When I received my sandwich it had cheese meat and nothing else. My husband went back to the counter to have them fix it. When we got the sandwich back it didn’t have any cheese. My husband went back to the counter and asked for the cheese. The clerks behind the counter responded “It doesn’t come with cheese.” Another clerk responded with just give it to them. I went up with receipt to show them I had ordered and paid for cheese. I got the then snotty reply of we are wrapping the cheese just wait a minute. I understand mistakes happen but the snotty attitudes and replies are not called for. Good food but definitely not worth the stop. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
They don't deliver Taylorville. They didn't tell me this until like 34 minutes later. I told them even the driver called and asked where my house was. I told them it's in Taylorville. Again it's like they didn't get it. I didn't know they had refunded my order until I called them and he told me. I said then why didn't you tell me it's only effignham when I said Taylorville? He hung up. I am never buying anything form Jimmy johns again period. I'm glad they refunded me but why didn't they tell me no delivery in Taylorville when I told them over three tomes that's my address? Anyway that's it 1 star.
Food was okay. The bread was as hard as a rock. Difficult to chew. (Subway is better.)
Food was good. Clean place. We visited twice within a few days on a family trip. Only real complaint is that they advertise sprouts on all their menu but don't have them any longer.
