I have only found food dry once or twice
Bit into a piece of chicken on a stick and it was RAW. I mean 'dark pink like it just came out of the package' raw. Whay food on the buffet wasn't undercooked was ridiculously OVERcooked. Barely made it to the truck and got sick. Never again
I'm a trucker, stopped here toe try and get away from the usual truck stop food. The place is a nice casual spot to grab a good meal. The food was relatively fresh, warm, and it was very tasty. I had nothing to complain about.For a Chinese buffets go this place is a good choice.

Excellent food. Pricey. Few choices but what's there is great. Coconut chicken, General Tao's chicken and chicken and broccoli excellent. Egg rolls a little stale. I would come back if the price were under $10.
Pretty good. I was very disappointed in the white rice. It took me a while to find then when I did it was just about empty. All the rice was hard from continuing to cook in the rice cooker.
