clean place, plenty of room... my appt was for 11am wed but I called ahead of time being i was gonna be there at 6pm tues night. the office lady set my appt for 7pm tues and they unloaded me within 30min. make sure you go sit in the driver's break room while getting loaded or unloaded... they'll give you your bills there plus it's a safety requirement. don't break your seal, they do that. call ahead of time if you're running early. rcving hours are 6am to 9pm.
Better hope you can catch someone up by the office if not you wait a good 30 mins before someone see's who ringing the buzzer
