This place should be called heartless Towing and recovered. Will never be doing business with him again. I was 20 miles from their yard it took them 45 minutes to pull me out of the ditch. They charged me 3150. When I asked for an itemized receipt. He said it was a four hour minimum. Then he began telling me how dangerous is job is and how their workers comp has gone up 40%. As an owner operator I don't want to hear about your bills. We all have them
Horrible people! I don't know how but the Illinois police has them on their speed dial! They were called by police to take care of my trucks accident on I-70 in Effigham,IL The staff is rude and completely careless about customer service! Bunch of red necks with a crappy attitude! They overcharged me, held my equipment hostage and never answered their phones! Never ever will I use them again! I am taking them to the court!

I just called there and a guy names Scott was the most rude sob I think I have ever talked to. I will NEVER use Heartland towing or suggest Heartland Towing to anyone again! All I called about was getting my son's personal belongings out of a car that had been wrecked. I even ha to ask this jerk to stop being rude to me as I wasn't being rude to him. I don't think anyone should be jobless but this guy has no customer service what so ever! Steve, this guy needs to find other employment!
