We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM.
The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We had a real mess on our hands, and these folks were friendly, caring, understanding with a little bit of humor thrown in. We got home safely, thanks to those guys. "Service over and beyond the normal call of duty."
