I've never seen a business with such high turnover. Sometimes the food is ok. Sometimes the service is ok. Sometimes neither.
I ordered a value double bacon cheeseburger plain, value fries, and a value drink. Burger had pickles and ketchup on it. But I got the order to go and was already down the road. And the girl that waited on me that had already messed up two orders in front of me in line, had big tattoos with skulls on her arms and a huge hickey on her neck. Pretty distasteful for a restaurant. Fast food or not.
What can I say it's fast food.. this visit was nice.. very clean and pleasant staff.. food was tasty and hot.
Better than most BKs, and a lot better than it used to be. The only thing is changing out their oil a little more often, will notice I get some old oil on fries or chicken a little more often than I should. Other than that, pretty good, fast, and relatively clean.
It doesn't matter if you go inside or if you go through the drive-thru they will mess your order up EVERTIME! you can repeat it to them as they will repeat it back correctly, buyout by the time you get the food, it will be cold, unmelted cheese, cold, old fries. As then when you let them know your order isn't rought or your food is cold.. then they act like you told them wrong even though it says exactly what you said on the receipt wick means they didn't read the ticket, the it is STILL YOUR FAULT. They offer no apologies for scrappy food and crappy service, because they did NOTHING wrong and it IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!
