Katie K at the counter needs some lessons on customer service. We were completely ignored for several minutes upon entering the restaurant. So long that we were about to give up and leave. Several employees were working with their backs to us. No one bothered to greet us or say 'We'll be right with you'. Luckily the food was typical Hardee's great quality- hot, fresh, and delicious.
Girls are great. food is fresh and consistent.. about the only good biscuits from a restaurant.. right off exit 159.
Food was hot when it was served to us at our table. I ordered the 1/3bacon cheeseburger with fries and drink. The wife ordered a beef taco salad combo that included chips, salsa, and drink. Salsa cup (maybe tablespoon each) was still frozen. The bit that wasn't frozen had a good amount of heat. We were treated with a smile and hello. Wish Hardee's was closer to home
Onion rings were good. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like dust.
